I decided to do a fan art piece of Brigitte Lindholm, from Overwatch! I did all the hard surface meshes and sculpting in Zbrush, which was difficult at first, but worth learning. I did the retopology and the UVs in Maya. Then I painted the textures in Substance Painter, groomed the hair using Ornatrix, rendered using Arnold, and composited the render passes in Photoshop.
